Ordering Info

Special order, custom, electrical, "racing only", or otherwise noted items are not returnable, unless previous arrangements have been made. Merchandise damaged due to shipment must be handled by the Buyer & the delivery carrier. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Shipping

Our normal method of shipping is UPS ground or FEDEX ground. Air freight is optional for online, e-mail & telephone orders (3-Day Ait, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air).  call for other shipping methods. Items noted as heavy or oversized will require extra charges and/or will be shipped freight collect. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by UPS or FEDEX Air, please e-mail us for a quote. Canadian residents are shipped via FEDEX Canada Standard. 

International orders will be shipped UPS Worldwide Express.  Rates will be quoted at the time the order is placed.  Please be aware that you are responsible for any Customs & Duties imposed by your country.

Due to the high number of fraudulent credit card transactions, International orders will be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address only.

We verify all International credit card transactions.  A handling fee of $3.50 will be added per order.

Availability

If the availability of an item is such that we will be unable to ship to you within 3 business days we will contact you via e-mail or phone.

Special Order

We can not confirm the price of a special order item until you have ordered the product.  At such time we will e-mail you with the price. No refunds on special order items.  Special order items include any custom size, color, or other nonstandard option.
